Everything you could want for breakfast in one delicious bowl.
Spray 2 small oven-proof bowls with cooking spray. Place half of the biscuit pieces into the bottom of each bowl and sprinkle with some of the bacon.
In a small bowl, whisk the eggs, egg whites and milk. Season with salt and pepper. Pour egg mixture over bacon and biscuit pieces. Place remaining biscuit pieces in the bowl and sprinkle with remaining bacon and cheese.
Transfer to the oven and bake for about 20 minutes. Check to make sure eggs are baked through by testing with a toothpick. Allow bowls to cool for a few minutes before removing and transferring to a plate.
Note: For the biscuits, biscuits from a can may be used or you can make you own. I made mine using Ree’s Buttermilk Biscuit recipe, adapted using whole wheat flour.
