A simple quiche using a store-bought pie crust. Quick, easy, and sure to disappear in no time.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Toss together cheese, meat, and onion. Spoon into pie crust. Whisk together remaining ingredients until well blended. Pour over meat and cheese mixture. Bake 45 minutes or until golden and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
Our favorite combination is bacon and sharp cheddar cheese (using bacon “recipe pieces” or bacon bits), but we also like ham and Swiss. You could make this vegetarian as well and use cooked broccoli, peppers, etc.
