Very tasty! There was not a lot of coconut taste in ours but when I wasn’t looking the milk mixture started to boil which may have reduced the flavour. Definitely will make it again.

this is def one of my new favorite puddings – the coconut flavour is so subtle but lends a v nice flavour to it!

Very simple and tasty recipe. I followed the directions exactly and it set perfectly. The coconut flavor was very subtle.

This had great chocolatey taste and a hint of coconut (perhaps because I used light coconut milk?) I used 1 T. of cornstarch because another reviewer mentioned that it didn’t set up, and next time I might use 3/4 T. instead. The most important thing that I did horribly, horribly wrong though, was not to mix the cornstarch in well enough. It looked like it was incorporated, but it was NOT and my pudding was very lumpy. Don’t be like me! Mix well!

This was super quick and easy to make and wonderful! It made our dairy free house very happy! Very rich, very chocolatey and very good.

I made this over the weekend and it turned out wonderful and everyone wanted the recipe.
I used the full-fat coconut milk and substituted bitter chocolate for the semi-sweet and it tasted wonderfully decadent.

ok, the flavor was delicious! however, it didn’t set up. i finally decided to freeze it like fudge pops. :O) i’m wondering now if a little more starch would have helped.

You can absolutely use lite coconut milk! That’s actually what I used when I cooked it and it was heaven!

This looks wonderful. Do you think it would work with light coconut milk or is the regular fat content essential?
