Super healthy oatmeal cookies! No butter or sugar! Yummy!
Combine all ingredients. Place 1-inch balls of cookie dough onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 275F for 23 minutes.
Enjoy your healthy sugar-free, butter-free cookies!
If you need to sweeten your cookies up a little, you can frost them with powdered-sugar-and-water icing.

These sound interesting — one question, should the 3+ cups of oatmeal be ‘prepared’ oatmeal, or just oats?
