Description

Quick, easy and tasty twist on oatmeal cookies.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Butter-Flavored Crisco
  • ½ cups Sugar
  • 1-¼ cup Brown Sugar
  • 6 teaspoons Water
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 2 Tablespoons Milk
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla
  • 1-¾ cup All-purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 2-½ cups Oats
  • 12 ounces, weight White Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup Craisins (dried CranBerries) Chopped

Preparation

Preheat Oven to 375F

1. In a mixing bowl beat butter flavor Crisco, sugars and water on medium until creamy. Add eggs, milk and vanilla, and mix until blended.
2. Add flour and baking soda and mix until blended
3. Mix in oats and white chocolate chips.
4. Mix in Craisins.
5. Drop by spoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
6. Bake 9-10 minutes at 375 degrees or til cookies are lightly browned.
7. Cool on a wire rack.
