This is a twist on the traditional oatmeal raisin cookie.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Beat together butter and sugars until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well.
Combine the flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt; mix well. Add this into the creamed mixture and mix well. Stir in oats, white chocolate chips and Craisins; mix well.
Drop by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool on wire rack.
Makes about 3 dozen
