This is great on ice cream, crepes, pancakes, waffles and French toast.
Combine peach puree, sugar and lemon juice in sauce pan. Bring to a boil. Then simmer on low for about 5 minutes. lastly, add the vanilla. If there isn’t enough vanilla flavor for you, add 1/2 teaspoon more. If the mix seems a bit thick for your preference add a bit of water to thin it out. Store any leftover Vanilla Peach Syrup in the fridge.
