A simple and seasonal chilled English pea soup topped with radish and pea greens.
Place all ingredients except water or broth in a high speed blender. Add water or broth until velvety smooth. Season to taste. Serve very cold with shredded or julienne radishes, diced ham of your choice and a fresh pea sprout or two on top. Have fun!

Cookinglady-
As I have not tried this recipe with frozen, I can’t say for sure. Most of the time, frozen is a good substitute for fresh…but this soup is all about the fresh spring peas. I have seen other recipes that use frozen as a sub…so my guess is you could try it..but I can’t guarantee the same quality result as if you use fresh. Did that help? LOL!

Could you use frozen peas for this recipe?
