Very simple, crust-less quiche.
Preheat oven to 400 F.
In a large bowl beat eggs. Add milk, mix well. Add baking mix, stir until combined. Add cheese, broccoli, bacon, salt & pepper. Stir until mixed well.
Pour into a lightly greased 8-cup size stone deep dish baker.
Bake for 20 minutes.
You can substitute any type of meats, veggies and cheeses for above mentioned ingredients.
Good combos:
Feta, onion & chicken
Ham & cheese
Red pepper, mushrooms, green onions & feta
Sausage, onions, mushrooms & Italian seasoning
