A chocolate chip cookie with a slightly different twist to them. These are delicious and freeze well.
Cream together the margarine, sugars, peanut butter and eggs. Add vanilla. Mix in the baking soda, salt and rolled oats. Fold in the chocolate chips and sunflower seeds.
Drop by spoonfuls onto parchment-lined baking sheets. Bake in a 350F convection oven for 9 minutes.
Yield: 6 dozen cookies.
