Description

A super fast and super easy supper that is good for you and your budget.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Instant Brown Rice
  • 1 can (15 Oz. Can) Black Beans
  • 1 can (4 Oz. Can) Diced Green Chiles
  • ½ teaspoons Oregano
  • ½ teaspoons Chili Powder
  • ½ teaspoons Garlic Salt
  • ¼ teaspoons Cumin

Preparation

Cook rice according to package instructions. Combine beans, chiles and spices and cook over medium heat until heated through. Serve over hot rice with garnishes.

Serve with: diced avocado, cilantro, tomato, cheese, sour cream and tortillas.
