A hearty pasta soup full of flavor. Just add some hot crusty bread and you will be set.
1. Brown kielbasa and set aside.
2. Heat olive oil in a large saucepan or Dutch oven over medium-low heat. Add onion, celery, garlic, basil and salt. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
3. Add spinach and continue cooking until greens are wilted.
4. Add broth and bring to a boil. Add tortellini, chickpeas, tomato paste and pepper. Return soup to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer. Add kielbasa. Simmer for 8 minutes.
5. Garnish each serving with shaved or shredded Parmesan cheese.
