These peanut butter cookies are made with crunchy peanut butter and they are fluffy and not flat. They are great!
Cream sugars, butter or margarine, and peanut butter. Beat in egg, then stir in the remaining ingredients. Shape dough into small balls; place on lightly greased baking sheets. No forking necessary.
Bake at 375 degrees for 8-12 minutes. Will be fluffy and melt-in your-mouthy.
