Think corn flakes cereal enrobed in peanut butter fudge. A treat, indeed!
In a large mixing bowl, measure out the corn flakes.
Line a counter with waxed paper.
In a medium saucepan, combine the sugar and corn syrup.
Put the peanut butter and butter in a dish and set to the side of the stove.
Turn the stove on high and bring the sugar and corn syrup to a boil, stirring constantly.
When they boil, add the peanut butter and butter.
Stir until smooth.
Pour over the corn flakes and stir until all pieces are coated.
Drop by tablespoonfuls onto the waxed paper.
Let cool and harden.
Enjoy!

We make these every year for Christmas, and anytime we need a quick treat for a Pot Luck lunch – they are fabulous!!! And so addictive – betcha can’t eat just one! ; D
