A simple and tasty potato chowder that stews all day in the crockpot. What’s not to like?
Combine potatoes, onion, broth and cream of chicken soup in the crock pot. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or until potatoes are tender. Add the cream cheese and blend. Top with bacon.
At our house, we often top this with some shredded cheese or some chives before serving.
