Creamy. Oat-y. Crisp. Bircher Muesli. Perfect for breakfast or a healthy snack. Beware! This will fill you up!
Combine oats and milk into a small bowl. Cover. Refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.
After soaking, combine yogurt, almonds, and flax seeds into the oat mixture. Mix. Top with apples, figs, an a drizzle of honey. Serve.
