We have this every year for Christmas. Rich, chocolatey, moist deliciousness!!
Prepare cake mix according to package directions. Bake in a 9×12 in dish.
When done, remove cake from oven and punch holes in cake while still hot. Use a toothpick or fork. Pour condensed milk and caramel topping over cake. Cool or refrigerate overnight.
When ready to serve, spread Cool Whip evenly over cake. Crush candy bars and sprinkle them over Cool Whip.
Serve cold.
