Nothing like chocolate brownies covered in chocolate topped with more chocolate! Valentine’s Day is the sweetest holiday and these will certainly not disappoint!
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 9 x 13 pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil, leaving a 2-inch overhang at each end for easy removal later.
2. In a large pot, melt butter on medium low heat. Generously grease foil or parchment paper using 1-2 tablespoons of butter and a pastry brush. Set aside.
3. Place the pot back on heat and add in chocolate chips and cocoa powder.
4. Stir until completely melted. Take off heat.
5. Stir in sugar.
6. Stir in vanilla extract and eggs, one at a time. Whip vigorously after each egg addition.
7. Carefully stir in salt, baking powder and flour until just combined. Pour into the prepared baking dish. Smooth the top and bake for 30-35 minutes.
8. Cool for at least 15 minutes before removing with foil or parchment paper.
9. While brownies are cooling, melt white and semi sweet chocolate chips in two separate double boilers or in the microwave.
10. Using different shaped cookie cutters, cut out brownie shapes.
11. To decorate, dip or spread chocolate over the brownies and coat with chopped candies. Place on waxed paper or a cooling rack to dry/cool completely.

Yummy! Made these tonight for Brownie Sundae’s with Ice cream and hot fudge, so good and so easy. Need to make a few altitude adjustments, but so good. Thanks for the incredible recipe!
