A great topping for pancakes, biscuits, etc. You can use whatever fruit you’ve got on hand, then eat, can, or freeze your leftovers.
1) Place fruit in pot and cover with water.
2) Simmer on low for 30-60 minutes until fruit is soft and can easily be mashed up.
3) Add sugar. Stir and mash fruit until sugar is dissolved.
4) Pour over pancakes, warm biscuits, etc.
