Corn Chowder

Description
A friend gave this recipe to me while I lived in Pennsylvania. It is so delicious, I had to pass it on.
Ingredients
- 5 cups Drained Or Thawed Corn
- ½ cups Chopped Onion
- 2 cups Cubed Potatoes
- 1 stick Butter
- 1 cup Flour
- ½ gallons Chicken Bouillon
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
Preparation
In a stock pot, saute onion in butter until transparent. Add the corn and heat thoroughly. Add potatoes and flour, stir well. Add chicken bouillon. Bring to a boil then simmer until potatoes are done. Stir in the heavy cream and heat through. Salt and pepper to taste.
