Gluten-free and dairy-free.
Pour milk and water into a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a gentle simmer then turn down the heat. Whisk in maple syrup, cinnamon, ginger and cocoa powder. Stir continuously until well-combined.
Pour into a mug and top with some dairy-free whipping cream and an extra sprinkle of cinnamon and ginger if desired.
