Fluffy pancakes with bananas, chocolate chips and pecans.
In a large bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
In another bowl, whisk butter, milk, egg, vanilla extract and mashed banana. Add wet ingredients to dry and stir to combine. Stir in diced banana, chocolate chips and pecans.
Pour batter 1/4 cup at a time on preheated griddle. Flip when little bubbles form all over the pancakes surface. Serve with butter and maple syrup if desired.
Makes about 10 pancakes.
