These are good cookies. I ran out of AP flour, so I used a mixture of AP, bread, and cake flour to make these. They turned out great despite that! Watch out that you don’t overbake them–even if they look like they’re not done yet, they are.

These are awesome! Half a recipe makes quite a few. I used the special Hershey’s dark chocolate and mint chocolate chips and they were incredible.

These cookies are very easy and so moist and chewy. I made three versions (mint chip, white choc. chip, and butterscotch chip). All were great! Definitely halve the recipe if you aren’t making them for a large group of people, it made 8 dozen small scoop size cookies for me.

Not only were these super easy to make, but they were also super delicious! They satisfy a chocolate craving and yet they are so light I also only made a half a batch. They were a big hit and were gone in no time!

Looks like this would be easy to cut in half since everyone says it makes lots.

Just made these again! Love the ease of the recipe! For a twist sub. Almond extract for the vanilla. mmmmmm.

My hubby has always said that my chocolate chip cookies were the best he’d ever had…..until I made these. Now he likes these very best! Thanks for the recipe!

Very yummy and quite easy to make! They’re incredibly sweet and rich, so be sure to enjoy with a glass of milk!
