This sugar-free mojito is only 130 calories and so easy to make! Perfect for the 4th of July!
Divide lime slices and mint leaves between highball glasses and use a muddler to muddle them together until limes have released their juices and mint is broken down.
Divide monkfruit (I like 2 teaspoons per mojito, but you can start with less if you like) between the glasses, as well as blueberries and strawberries. Muddle again until fruit is mostly broken down, but still has a few chunks.
Divide rum and coconut water between glasses and fill with ice. Stir well and sip!
