Description

Tuna Veggie Wraps are a great choice for lunch or a light dinner: high in protein, low in fat and featuring heart healthy omega 3 fatty acids! Try this today!

Ingredients

  • 3 cans (5 Oz. Size) Tuna, Drained
  • 2 whole Tomatoes, Chopped
  • 5 whole Mini Bell Peppers, Chopped
  • ⅓ cups Mayonnaise
  • 4 whole 8-inch Spinach And Herb Flour Tortillas
  • 4 whole Garlic Stuffed Green Olives
  • ¼ cups Cilantro

Preparation

Drain tuna and place in a large bowl. Add chopped tomatoes and peppers. Mix with mayonnaise.

Place 1 cup of tuna salad in the center of each tortilla. Fold ends up and sides in. Secure with an olive skewered toothpick. Garnish with cilantro.
