Description

This kimchi tuna soup recipe is an easy version of the traditional dish. It’s full of healthy probiotics.

Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon Butter
  • 1-½ cup Kimchi, Cut Into 1 Inch Pieces
  • 1 can (5 Oz. Size) Tuna
  • 2-½ cups Water
  • ½ cups Kimchi Broth (the Juice In The Kimchi Jar)
  • 1 teaspoon Unrefined Sea Salt
  • 1  Green Onion, Chopped (optional)

Preparation

Heat a pot over medium heat and add the butter. Add kimchi and tuna and saute for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add water and kimchi broth and bring to a boil. Boil for 10–15 minutes.

Season with salt, adding it gradually as you taste it. Add chopped green onion. Serve hot with a bowl of rice on the side.
