Easy to prepare the night before so you can grab and go in the morning!
You will also need a Mason jar with a lid, 6 to 8-ounce size.
To the jar, add half the yogurt, oats, orange juice, remaining yogurt, honey, and nuts (if using) on top. Cover with plastic wrap or lid and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, grab and go!
Keep refrigerated.
