This is a very simple recipe for corn chowder, and one I grew up loving. It’s wonderful during these cold winter days!
Saute butter and onions.
Cook potatoes; drain. Add onion and celery, then milk and corn. Season with salt (to taste).
Heat to serving temperature, then take off heat. Stir in cheese. Do not boil.

Made this the other day. Perfect for a cold winter day. Only thing I didn’t add was the shredded cheese. It was wonderful without it. Will definately be making this again!
