Description

Simple vegan cinnamon orange vanilla-scented granola. Delicious for breakfast or a snack.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Oats
  • ¼ cups Pumpkin Seeds
  • ¾ cups Chopped Nuts
  • ½ cups Chopped Dates, Or As Desired
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
  • 1  Orange, Juiced And Zested
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence
  • 5 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
  • 4 Tablespoons Melted Coconut Oil

Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 180 C. Combine all of your ingredients thoroughly in one bowl. Make sure the liquid ingredients coat all of the dry ingredients. Spread the mixture in an even layer across a large baking pan.

2. Bake at 180 C for approximately 30 – 40 minutes or so. Be sure to stir every 10 minutes to avoid burning.

3. Remove pan from oven once granola is evenly browned, and let it cool on a wire rack. The granola will crisp up as it cools.
