I make these every year for Christmas. They are so easy and everyone looks forward to them.
Butter or spray a 9 x 13 baking dish. I actually line mine with parchment paper and leave some hanging over each end, so you can pull it completely out to slice.
In a microwave-safe dish, melt butterscotch chips and peanut butter together until smooth. Check about every 30 seconds of cooking and stir, being careful to keep this mixture from burning.
In a large mixing bowl, pour cereal in and pour melted mixture over it. Mix completely, making sure all cereal is evenly coated. Pour mixture into prepared dish and place in the refrigerator to cool. Once cooled, slice into even slices and enjoy!
