Description

These scrumptious little Peanut Butter Oreo Truffles taste like Nutter Butter cookies but better! And they’re made with Greek yogurt, so you could almost say they’re healthy!

Ingredients

  • 10 whole Golden Oreos (10 Oreos Should Yield 1 Cup Crushed)
  • 2 Tablespoons Natural Peanut Butter
  • 3 Tablespoons + Up To 2 Teaspoons More Of Greek Yogurt (I Used Greek Gods Honey Vanilla)
  • Unsweetened Shredded Coconut Or Crushed Nuts

Preparation

1. Crush Oreos in a plastic bag using anything that can pound. Or use a food processor.
2. Mix together crushed Oreos, peanut butter and 3 tablespoons of Greek yogurt.
3. Add additional Greek yogurt if necessary to make a nice rolling/dough-like consistency.
4. With you hands, form mixture into balls that are a little bit smaller than a golf ball.
5. Apply nuts, shredded coconut, or powdered sugar by rolling truffles in a bowl with your choice of topping.
6. Freeze for at least 30 minutes. If you freeze longer than this, make sure to thaw the truffles for 30 minutes or so in the refrigerator.
