This whole wheat banana bread is made with Greek yogurt and blueberries for a healthy breakfast or snack that is so easy to make!
Preheat oven to 375ºF. Spray a 9x5x3 inch loaf pan with nonstick spray.
Combine flour, baking powder, salt and sugar in a small mixing bowl. Stir thoroughly.
Combine honey, vanilla, bananas, eggs, and Greek yogurt in a large mixing bowl. Stir thoroughly then add in dry mixture. Fold in blueberries.
Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake for 45–60 minutes or until golden brown and a skewer inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool in pan before turning out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
