Flavorful!
In dutch oven or pot, cook sausage and onion until brown. Drain on paper towel. Return sausage and onion to dutch oven. Add potatoes, salt and water and cover. Bring to a boil and reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are fork tender (about 15 minutes). Add cream corn, whole kernel corn and evaporated milk. Heat thoroughly. Serve with corn bread or breadsticks.
