A super-fast granola cookie pie that’s guilt-free!
Preheat oven to 350 F
In a large bowl, combine the brown sugar, oil, butter, vanilla extract, salt, baking soda, and the egg white. Add the flour, granola, and chocolate chips to the mixture until just combined.
Coat a 9-inch cast iron skillet with cooking spray and spread the mixture evenly into the pan using a spatula.
Bake for 15 minutes or until set. Cool slightly and then cut into wedges.
