Description

All the flavors of your childhood treat transformed into a decadent dessert.

Ingredients

  • 3 Tablespoons Butter, Cut Into Small Squares
  • 2 cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 14 ounces, fluid Canned Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ⅛ teaspoons Kosher Salt
  • 1-½ cup Mini Marshmallows
  • 1-½ cup Chopped Graham Crackers (for 1 1/2 Cups Of Crumbs You'll Need About 5 Sheets)

Preparation

Prepare a 9×9 pan by spraying it with cooking spray and then line pan with a sheet of wax paper (or parchment paper).

Prepare a double boiler by bringing a saucepan of water to a simmer and placing a tight fitting glass bowl on top. Place butter, chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in the glass bowl and heat until everything is melted, stirring almost constantly until well incorporated (about 5 minutes).

Turn off heat. Stir in vanilla and salt. Stir in 1 cup of the mini marshmallows and 1 cup of the chopped graham crackers. Spread into prepared pan and sprinkle remaining marshmallows and graham crackers on top. Refrigerate 2 hours before cutting.
