Gluten-free clone of the delicious cereal.
Preheat oven to 325 F. Add all of the dry ingredients (oats through baking soda) into the well of a large food processor and pulse 5-6 times. Add remaining ingredients and process on high until mixture is moist.
Spread mixture onto a large baking sheet that you’ve lined with parchment paper. A nice, somewhat thin layer is ideal so that it can dry out when it bakes. That’s what makes it “crackle.”
Bake for approximately 25 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool. Break granola into pieces and store in an airtight container.
