Coconut almond granola made with coconut oil and real maple syrup. Great as a breakfast cereal, topping for fruit and yogurt or just a sweet snack.
Preheat oven to 275 F.
In a large bowl combine brown sugar, maple syrup, coconut oil and salt.
Add the oats, almonds and coconut. Combine until mixed well.
Spread mixture onto 2 rimmed sheet pans. Bake for 1 hour or until golden brown and toasty, stirring every 15 minutes. Remove from oven, allow to cool and transfer to an airtight container.
