Dried cranberries and toffee bits added to basic chocolate chip cookies make them perfect for holiday parties and gift giving!
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Cream the butter and sugars. Beat in the cream cheese. Beat in eggs separately. Beat at high speed until well blended and light and fluffy. Add the vanilla. Stir in the flour, salt, soda, and baking powder. Lastly, stir in the chocolate bits, dried cranberries, and toffee bits.
Drop by spoonfuls onto the lined cookie sheet. Bake at 375 for 10 to 12 minutes, turning the pan halfway through the cooking time if necessary. When cookies are lightly browned, remove from the oven and slide the parchment and cookies onto a wire rack to cool.
