Description

A healthy, all natural, sweet, soft, chocolaty truffle that tastes like a chocolate covered banana with a hint of almond.

Ingredients

  • 1 whole Banana, Ripe, Peeled And Mashed
  • ¼ cups Almond Butter
  • ¼ cups Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • ¼ teaspoons Stevia
  • ¼ teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • ⅛ teaspoons Salt
  • ¼ teaspoons Cinnamon, Ground
  • ½ cups Almond Flour
  • ½ cups Unsweetened Coconut, Shredded

Preparation

In a bowl add banana, almond butter, unsweetened cocoa powder, stevia, vanilla extract, salt and cinnamon. Mix until combined. Add almond flour and unsweetened coconut; mix until combined.

Line a plate or baking sheet with parchment paper.

Take about a tablespoon of batter and roll into a ball between the palms of your hand. Place on the parchment lined baking sheet and continue the same with the rest of the batter.

Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator or freezer to harden. Once it has hardened up a bit, you can store in a freezer safe Ziplock baggie or in an airtight plastic container.
