I can’t remember a holiday in my life that didn’t involve my mom’s moist and lovely molasses cookies.
Sift dry ingredients together. Beat eggs, butter and molasses. Combine wet and dry ingredients. Refrigerate for a few hours.
Roll and cut out using cookie cutters.
Bake at 350F for 8 minutes.
They can be decorated with sprinkles before baking, or iced with a simple sugar icing.

I think the 2 hours refers to the refrigeration time. =)

It sounds great but..the prep time says 2 hours…am I missing something ?
