Jazz up your grapefruit with orange marmalade and a trip under the broiler!
Preheat the broiler. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil.
In a small bowl combine the marmalade and brown sugar and stir to combine. Trim a small amount off of the ends of the grapefruit so it will sit still. Cut the grapefruit in half and fish out the seeds. Put the grapefruit halves onto the baking sheet, cut sides up.
Spread the marmalade mixture over the tops of the grapefruit halves. Place the pan under the broiler and heat until the sugar and marmalade have caramelized. This will only take a couple of minutes. Be sure to watch because it happens fast.
