Sweet and cinnamon-ey, this is reminiscent of a comforting rice pudding without all the carbs.
Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl. Cover the bowl with a sheet of plastic wrap and refrigerate for approximately 2 hours or until the mixture has reached the consistency of pudding. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
