A refreshing orange scone that pairs well with coffee or afternoon tea.
Preheat oven to 350 F.
In a medium bowl mix flour, baking powder, sugar, salt and orange zest. Use a pastry cutter or a fork to cut in butter.
In a small bowl combine yogurt, egg, orange juice and cream. Slowly pour wet mixture into the flour mixture.
Pour dough onto a lightly floured surface and form a large circle.
Cut the circle into four equal pieces. Cut those in half and place each on a cookie sheet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes. Remove pan from oven and let scones cool.
