Simple soup that is fresh, flavorfull, and filling. Make a double batch because it tastes even better the next day.
In large saucepan, heat oil. Add onion and garlic. Cook until onion begins to soften. Add beans, tomatoes, zucchini, and broth; bring the soup to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer on medium-low heat, covered, for about 15 minutes. Add pasta, and cook until pasta is al dente. Season with salt.
Serve in a bowl and top with parsley and lots of parmesan. Grab a hunk of bread, sink into your chair and enjoy!

Made this today and well, I need a litte more flavor.
I love that it is easy to put together but as I said I need more flavor I added some oregano and small amount of pesto paste.
I didnt have any shells or such and used orzo. Lesson learned ~ only use half next time.
