A sweet crisp cookie made with cranberries and white chocolate chips.
Preheat oven to 375ºF.
In a bowl, add flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; set aside.
In a large bowl, cream butter, sugar and brown sugar until light. Beat in egg, vanilla extract and orange extract until smooth. Gradually add flour mixture until combined. Stir in white chocolate chips and cranberries.
Drop by well rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
