Description

What a pretty cookie this is for any fall celebration or bake sale. Easy, delicious and a little twist on the traditional peanut butter cookie. This recipe makes approximately 2 dozen cookies.

Ingredients

  • ½ cups Brown Sugar
  • ½ cups Sugar
  • ¾ cups Creamy Peanut Butter
  • ½ cups Butter, Softened
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 whole Large Eggs
  • 2-¼ cups Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • ½ teaspoons Salt
  • 1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup Reese's Pieces

Preparation

Mix together brown sugar, sugar, peanut butter, butter, vanilla and eggs until creamy. Pour in the flour, baking soda and salt. Beat until the dough is mixed well. Stir in the chocolate chips and Reese’s pieces.

Using a teaspoon or a cookie scoop, place the dough on cookie sheet and bake in a 350ºF oven for 10-12 minutes.
