The healthy way to enjoy tiramisu in the morning!
In a microwave safe bowl, mix together the oats, milk and coffee. Microwave on high for 90 seconds.
Stir in sour cream, mascarpone, orange juice, vanilla and stevia. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
The next morning, stir in the heavy cream. Now put half of the mixture in a bowl and place some banana slices on it. Cover with the remaining oat mix and place remaining banana slices on it.
Dust with cocoa powder. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
