A delicious use of those leftover Easter eggs. Combined with sausage, cheese and sour cream to create a decadent breakfast dish well suited for company or just when you want to make your family feel special.
Preheat oven to 350F.
Slice and layer eggs in buttered casserole dish.
Cook and drain sausage and spread over eggs.
Then spread sour cream on top.
Combine bread crumbs and cheese and sprinkle over all.
Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes until bubbly.
