Description

Delicious cookies with a crispy edge and a chewy center—all that and in twenty minutes flat!

Ingredients

  • 1 whole Egg
  • ¼ cups Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Whole Milk
  • ½ cups Creamy Or Crunchy (or 1/4 Cup Of Both!) Peanut Butter
  • ½ cups Nutella
  • ¼ teaspoons Kosher Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • ¾ cups Old Fashioned Oats

Preparation

Preheat your oven to 350ºF. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with a Silpat or parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, add the egg, brown sugar, milk, peanut butter, and Nutella. Mix just until smooth.

Add in the salt, soda and oats. Stir.

Drop heaping teaspoonfuls onto the prepared pan and pop the cookie sheet into the preheated oven for 8 minutes.

Once the cookies are out of the oven, let them cool on the cookie sheet for a few minutes to set up a tad.

Serve warm with an ice-cold glass of milk!

Enjoy!

Just want to clarify that these are suppose to be thin cookies. But if you have expired baking soda that will make these even more so. :)

I just finishing making these. They are tasty but my first batch came out flat so I put the batter in the fridge for about 10min.. I then added more peanut butter and oats and they didn’t turn out flat. Next time I will cut down on the Nutella as I think that’s what makes them flatten.

Tasted ok but the cookie was VERY thin. I wish I had read reviews first I would have added extra oatmeal maybe will try again.

I was able to use the last of my Nutella for this recipe, which has good flavor. The cookies could use more oatmeal because they were too thin. I had to bake mine longer as well, but I’m also at 4,300 feet in elevation.

These were very tasty. I would highly recommend though using more oatmeal to thicken them up a bit – maybe 1 cup to 1 1/4 cups. I also hd to bake them for 13 mins to be even relatively done.
