An easy, delicious spinach quiche. Versatile enough to be breakfast or cut smaller and served as an appetizer.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Unroll crescent rolls into 2 long rectangles. Place in an ungreased 13×9 pan; press over the bottom and halfway up the sides to form the crust.
In a medium-sized bowl, combine cheddar, Parmesan and flour. Add half-and-half, spinach, eggs, and spices. Mix well. Pour into crust.
Bake at 350F for 45 to 50 minutes.
For breakfast, cut into 12 large pieces. For appetizers, cut into 24 to 36 smaller pieces.
